Leading Financial (the “Company”) offers to some purchasers of its Real Estate Education Workshop package a risk-free Tuition Reimbursement. We promise and affirm to you, if you recieved a certificate at an event, that we will refund ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of your Real Estate Education Workshop tuition if you close a positive cash flow real estate transaction and submit the supporting documentation to us (as outlined below) within 90 days of your date of purchase.
In order to request a tuition reimbursement, review the list below and confirm that you have all of the appropriate documents. Once you can hold all of the items on the checklist physically in your hand, click on the check box and proceed to the next line. If you are missing any of the required items, return to this page after collecting that item. You cannot proceed until you have checked every required box.
At this time we request that you submit a digital photograph of yourself. If you do not have a digital photograph, you may proceed but must mail a physical photograph of yourself with the rest of your documentation. In the provided space at the bottom of the list, please describe your positive experience with Leading Financial.
After you click submit, you will be sent an email with a completed checklist for you to print and mail along with the rest of your documents. All of your documentation must be signed, dated, labeled and mailed or sent via courier and postmarked no later than 90 days of your purchase of the Real Estate Education Workshop package.
